NOVO Partners have executed over $750 million of real estate investment and development since its inception in 2003.  

NOVO’s acquisition strategy is to seek out value-add and core plus properties that are under-capitalized or under-valued through management inefficiencies to increase property income. A recognized expert in this field, NOVO has acquired and redeveloped over $350M in value-add and core plus multifamily assets.

NOVO’s land development strategy is to pursue infill development sites in high barrier-to-entry sub-markets where significant risk-adjusted value can be created through design and vertical construction. NOVO Partners have entitled and/or developed over $400M worth of mixed-use and multifamily assets in locations such as Bethesda, MD, Arlington, VA, Alexandria, VA, Washington, DC and Fairfax, VA.
